Hello, Fiona here with you today sharing a journal page I have created with some of the Holbein Artists heavy Body Acrylics.

I choose a coll colour combination for my background with the blues and greens and then topped it off with a brilliant neon colour for the stencil. I mixed the neon with some Titanium White paint so that it could be a little more opaque.

You can watch the process video below to see how this one comes together. See you all again next time xx

I am a self-confessed art-a-holic who lives in South Australia. I have always been an artistic person right from a very young age. I’ve been blessed my whole life to be surrounded by encouraging and inspiring artistic women including my mum and my grandma who were both amazing oil painters. I attribute my adventurous nature to their continuous encouragement and support.I discovered scrapbooking more than 15 years ago when my children were much smaller but only recently have I returned to developing a more expressive style in my art. I still love my scrapbooking but I really like to stretch my creative rubber band and delve into new artistic territory. My recent passion has been with exploring eco art options and incorporating lots of recycled, re purposed and nature items into my art.
